Around 14 years ago, while I was pursuing my PhD, I started my career as a freelancer for an event management company in California. Since Cvent was their primary event management tool and they were doing more than 25 events per month, I took advantage of learning all the nooks and crannies of the Cvent modules. After the onset of COVID-19, I realised that most of the event management companies wanted a reliable service provider in Cvent. However, they almost always have difficulty finding the right person with experience in updated Cvent modules amongst the thousands of freelancers, which makes me want to create this website as a Cvent Certified Professional.

My Experience in Cvent
Cvent SAAS is a great event marketing tool as long as you have an experienced and trained person to assist you.

When I first started using it in 2009, Cvent had a very few tools, such as Events, Inquisium, and eMarketing, and limited customer support. Since then, I've seen numerous layers of updates to existing modules as well as new product launches such as attendee hub, appointments, passkey, and so on. To stay current, I am constantly enrolling in Cvent Academy courses on new products. A few of my important technical suggestions were accepted by Cvent during the last 14 years, notably the custom HTML mode in the eMarketing tool.

As a Cvent Professional, I find it intuitive and event planner-friendly. Along with assisting clients, I actively contribute to the Cvent Community Forum, helping users resolve issues.
